Sour Açaí combines the classic raunchy sour character of Sour 99 with the dark purple coloration and fruit-forward traits of Açaí Juice. Genotypes may express the sharp sour and funky profile of Sour 99 alongside grape, blueberry, fermented fruit and other dark-fruit aromas from Açaí Juice. Genotypes expressing stronger Açaí traits may develop the line’s characteristic deep purple flowers, while others may retain more of the sour-fuel expression. Expected flowering time is approximately nine weeks.
